So, let's get on with the page. This page is NO FRAMES because I decided that
a) Frames takes far too much effort
b) Some people can't use frames, so two versions of the page must be made
I have checked the layout of this page with IE5 and NN4. However, I do know that IE4 get a
white background and so all the colours are pants! (Sorry!)
